Church planter-Evangelists
People whose lives are a good witness, who are filled with the Holy Spirit and with wisdom. People who, like Philip the evangelist, are obedient to God, make contact with others to explain the Good News of Jesus and help them to make a choice.
Brothers and sisters who walk alongside their fellow disciples of Jesus Christ, train them to obey the instructions of God found in the Bible and encourage them to meet with others who have been born again, in order to form the local church. Men and women who, having provided a model to imitate, progressively delegate responsibilities, taking account of the gifts given by the Holy Spirit in His sovereignty.
They take the initiative to establish a group of elders recognised by the church, who direct the local church in cooperation with the missionary team.
